Material Event Disclosure (General)

Our company has completed the sale of debt instrument with a nominal value of TL 500,000,000, with a maturity of 182 days, to be sold to qualified investors, within the issuance ceiling approved by the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 03.09.2026 and numbered 54/1598. The settlement of the said debt instrument will take place on 15.10.2026.
