  • Fiba Group and Lehman cooperation won the US$ 1 billion non-performing loan portfolio auction organised by the SDIF.

    The company was established under the title of Finans AMC.

  • The title of the company was changed as Girişim AMC.

  • Girişim AMC received its first portfolio from a private bank.

  • 100.000 customers are released from their obligations.

  • The total amount resolved reached 1 billion TL.

  • Güven AMC was established.

    Total investment amount reached 1 billion TL.

  • The Legal Tracking System (LTS) was implemented.

    All rights of Girişim Varlık were transferred to Güven Varlık as a result of the merger.

  • The number of customers reached 1 million.

  • Managed principal reached TL 10 billion.

  • Gelecek Varlık established.1

  • All rights of Güven Varlık were transferred to Gelecek Varlık as a result of the merger.

  • More than 455,000 customers gained financial freedom.

  • The company has become a member of the Association of Financial Institutions.

    18.9 percent of our shares were offered to the public and started to be traded on Borsa Istanbul with the code "GLCVY".
