Zehra Sezin ÜNLÜDOĞAN

Born in 1979, graduated from Middle-East Technical University with industrial engineering major and economics minor programs in 2000. She worked at Citibank Corporate Banking between 2000 and 2002 and at McKinsey&Co management consultancy company between 2002 and 2004. After working in the business development and strategy unit of finansbank between 2004 and 2006 she worked as a project manager at Fiba Capital between 2006 and 2010. She completed her MBA program at INSEAD in 2007. In 2010, He started to work as Assistant General Manager of Individual Collection at Girişim Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. She has been serving as the General Manager and a member of the Board of Directors since 2016 including the transferred Güven Varlık and the establishment of the company.

Hüseyin ÖZTÜRK

Hüseyin ÖZTÜRK graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Public Administration in 1994. He received his Masters Degree in International Finance from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2007. He worked as Assistant Financial Control Specialist at Kentbank between 1996-1998, Assistant Financial Control Manager at Sümerbank between 1998-2000, Financial Control Manager at Romanian International Bank between 2000-2002, Budget Reporting Manager at Millenium Bank between 2003-2005, Financial Control Manager at Anadolubank between 2005-2007, Systems Development Manager at Finansbank between 2007-2008 and Finance Director at CEB NV between 2008-2013. Mr Öztürk currently serves as the Company's Assistant General Manager for Financial and Administrative Affairs.

Ceylan CANSEN

In 1995, Ceylan CANSEN graduated from the Department of Economics and International Relations at Boston University in the USA and completed his master's degree in International Economics at the Universite de Geneve in Switzerland in 1997. She worked as a credit analyst at BIC BRED, Switzerland between 1995 and 1997, as a manager at Societe Generale Bank, Istanbul Branch between 1998 and 2007, as a Manager at HSBC Bank Head Office Corporate Branch in 2008, as a Manager at LBT Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. between 2008 and 2010, as a Corporate Consultant at Cansen Cansen Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. between 2010 and 2011. Mr Cansen is currently working as the Assistant General Manager of Commercial SME Collection within the Company.

Deniz Uyan AY

In 2001, Deniz Uyan AY graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics and in 2006 she completed the Master's Programme in European Studies at Bilgi University. She worked as a specialist at Akbank between 2001 and 2002, as a specialist at TÜSİAD between 2002 and 2005, as a Senior Strategy and Business Development Specialist at Hürriyet Newspaper between 2005 and 2007, as a Manager at PwC Consulting between 2007 and 2011, as a Business Development Manager at Yıldız Holding in 2011, as a Social Investments and Project Coordinator at Fiba Group between 2011 and 2014. Mr Uyan Ay is currently working as the Assistant General Manager of Retail Collections at the Company.

Alper Cumhur ALBAYRAK

In 2000, Alper Cumhur ALBAYRAK graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Computer Engineering and completed his MBA Programme at Özyeğin University in 2017. He worked as a System Analyst at Procter&Gamble between 2000-2003, global Team Manager at HP Brussels between 2003-2011, Project Planning and Coordination Manager at Akbank between 2011-2013, General Manager at Mobinex between 2013-2014, Senior Consultant at Maroteknoloji between 2014-2015, and started to work as Project & Software Development Unit Manager at the Company in 2015. Mr Albayrak is currently working as the Assistant General Manager of Information Technologies at the Company.

Halil ALTUNÇANAK

Graduated in 1999 from Middle East Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Halil ALTUNÇANAK completed his MBA Programme at Başkent University in 2002. Mr Altunçanak worked as a technical specialist at Petlas A.Ş. between 2000 and 2002, as an engineer at the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of National Real Estate between 2002 and 2010, as an expert at Izmir Development Agency between 2010 and 2011, and started to work as an asset valuation unit manager within the Company in 2011. Mr Altunçanak, who is still working within the Company, continues his duty as Asset Valuation Director.

Mehmet Şükrü KOCAOLUK

In 2005, Mehmet Şükrü Kocaoluk graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Economics and completed his MBA Programme at ESADE in 2014. He worked in Business Development at Kocaoluk Publishing between 2005-2006, attended Maersk International Shipping Education programme at MAERSK between 2007-2010 and started to work as a Business Development Specialist in the Company in 2011. Mr Kocaoluk is currently working for the Company as Business Development and Strategy, Office Management Director.

Tayfun EYİLİK

Tayfun EYİLİK graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1994. He started his professional career as a clerk in the Legal Affairs Directorate of the Commercial Bank in 1993 and continued as a lawyer. In 1997, Mr Eyilik started his career as a Director Lawyer at Sümerbank, and served as a Lawyer at Esbank A.Ş. between 1997 and 2000, as a Lawyer at Esbank A.Ş. between 2000 and 2001, as Head of the Collection Department Group at the SDIF between 2001 and 2005, as a freelance Lawyer between 2005 and 2006, and as a Legal Advisor at the Company in 2006. Mr Eyilik, who has published several articles on Asset Management Companies, currently serves as Legal Director at the Company.

Nilay Daşkın ÇİFTÇİ

Nilay Daşkın ÇİFTÇİ graduated from Gazi University, Department of Public Administration in 2004. Nilay Daşkın ÇİFTÇİ, who worked as a Senior Auditor at Anadolubank between 2007 and 2014, and as an Assistant Internal Audit Manager at Fiba Holding between 2014 and 2018, started to work as Internal Control Manager in the Company in 2018 and currently serves as Internal Control and Compliance Manager.

Duygu ALBAYRAK

Duygu ALBAYRAK graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration in 2000. In 2000, she started her career at İşbank as an Assistant Specialist in the Organisation Management Department. She held various positions at İşbank, including Specialist, Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager of Retail loans in the change management department between 2000 and 2012. In 2012, Mr Albayrak started to work as Individual Collection Unit Manager within the Company, and worked as Commercial Collection Manager at Final Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. in 2016-2017 and as Executive Process Consultant at Yapı Kredi Bank between 2017 and 2021. Mr Albayrak rejoined the Company as Individual Collection Director in 2021.
