Murat ÖZYEĞİN
Born in 1976, Murat ÖZYEĞİN graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Industrial Management and Economics. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, he worked at the Investment Bank Bear Stearns between 1997 and 2001, where he worked on many projects related to emerging markets and corporate trading. He then completed his MBA at Harvard University in 2003 and joined the Fiba Group. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since its establishment.
Hasan TENGİZ
Born in 1956, Hasan TENGİZ graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration. After serving as Inspector, Credits Manager and Assistant General Manager at the Turkish Foreign Trade Bank between 1980 and 1996, he joined the Turkish Economy Bank in 1996 as a Member of the Board of Directors. Mr Hasan TENGİZ left his position at TEB in 2000 and worked at the BRSA as the Head of the SDIF Collection Department between 2001 and 2005. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mehmet GÜLEŞCİ
Born in 1962, Mehmet GÜLEŞCİ graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration and received his master's degree from the same faculty. He worked as a responsible partner at Ernst & Young in Istanbul and Boston offices and obtained CPA certificates in Turkey and Massachusetts, USA between 1984 and 1996. In 1997, he joined Finansbank as Assistant General Manager in charge of Financial Control and Planning and served as Managing Director of the Board of Directors until the end of 2009. He currently serves as Group CFO at Fiba Group and is a member of the boards of directors of the Group's international and domestic financial and non-financial investments.
Zehra Sezin ÜNLÜDOĞAN
Born in 1979, graduated from Middle-East Technical University with industrial engineering major and economics minor programs in 2000. She worked at Citibank Corporate Banking between 2000 and 2002 and at McKinsey&Co management consultancy company between 2002 and 2004. After working in the business development and strategy unit of finansbank between 2004 and 2006 she worked as a project manager at Fiba Capital between 2006 and 2010. She completed her MBA program at INSEAD in 2007. In 2010, He started to work as Assistant General Manager of Individual Collection at Girişim Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. She has been serving as the General Manager and a member of the Board of Directors since 2016 including the transferred Güven Varlık and the establishment of the company.
Demet ÖZDEMİR
Demet Özdemir has provided mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, restructuring and financial advisory services to nearly 1000 domestic and international companies during her 30-year career at EY (Ernst & Young), which started with Arthur Andersen, where she spent the last 15 years as Senior Corporate Finance Partner. As Private Equity Sector Leader and Corporate Finance Partner at EY Turkey and Central and South Eastern Europe, Özdemir has led significant projects in the finance, energy and infrastructure, retail, consumer products and services sectors. Demet Özdemir, who is active in gender equality and women's empowerment in business life, is a member of EY Global Business Women Advisory Board, EY Women Fast Forward and Women3 Forum Management Committee, and EMEIA Leader who launched the EY Entrepreneurial Women Leaders (EWW) Programme. A graduate of METU Business Administration, Özdemir holds a postgraduate diploma in International Finance from the London School of Economics. Orkun Oguz has more than 20 years of global business experience in technology entrepreneurship, large-scale digital transformation, international expansion and development of new technology applications in Turkey, EMEA and the US regions. He is currently co-founder and CEO of CY Vision Inc. based in Silicon Valley. He has local and international experience in today's key technology trends such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI). In 1995, he graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Mechanical Engineering and completed his MBA at the University of Georgia. After completing the Digital Transformation programme at Harvard University, Orkun Oğuz taught Analytical Marketing and Strategy (CRM) and Banking & Marketing at Fordham University - New York (2012) and then at Bilgi University - Istanbul (2015-2016).
