Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. is a financial institution that provides debt resolution services by purchasing non-performing loan portfolios of banks and other financial institutions. It was established in 2005 and is supervised by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA).

Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. is a subsidiary of Fiba Group. Fiba Group's investments in the financial sector are in banking, leasing, factoring, insurance and non-performing loans, while its non-financial investments are in retailing, real estate, renewable energy and tourism. Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. is a member of the Association of Asset Management Companies.
