Corporate Social Responsibility

Carrying its activities beyond creating economic value with an awareness of social responsibility, Gelecek Varlık regularly supports athletes participating in runs organised for social responsibility projects, Özyeğin University, which offers scholarships to young people, and foundations and associations, particularly Hüsnü M. Özyeğin Foundation and AÇEV, which carry out activities in areas such as child education and rural development, through donations and joint projects.

In addition to financial support, employees who take part in social responsibility projects are given up to 3 days of voluntary leave in order to spare time for the projects they are involved in.

We continue to invest in socially beneficial areas, especially in education. We are among the active supporters of the Mother Child Education Foundation (AÇEV), one of Turkey's leading foundations in the field of education, and we realise various social responsibility projects throughout the year.

AÇEV has been supporting children in need and their parents through education for 26 years. As Gelecek Varlık, we support AÇEV's work with great enthusiasm and contribute to increasing the number of children, fathers who take responsibility for their care and development from an early age, and mothers who raise their children with self-confidence and hope.

Awareness Trainings with AÇEV: In order to make our "Equal Opportunities" approach a permanent corporate culture under the roof of Fiba Group, we decided to deepen our "Gender Equality" efforts. Within the scope of our cooperation with AÇEV, we started to provide seminars and trainings on "Gender Equality" to all our employees as of 2019.
