Notification Regarding Issue of Capital Market Instrument (Debt Instrument)

Our company has completed the sale of debt instrument with a nominal value of 300,000,000 TL, a maturity of 182 days, to be sold to qualified investors, within the issuance ceiling approved by the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 28.08.2025 and numbered 47/1576. The settlement of the said debt instrument will take place on 19.08.2026.
