The general assembly resolution dated 09.04.2026 regarding the increase of our company's registered capital ceiling from 630,000,000 TL to 2,000,000,000 TL and the extension of the validity period to cover the years 2026-2030 was registered on 22.04.2026 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
