Notification Regarding Authorized Capital

The amendment to Article 6 of the Articles of Association, titled "Capital," regarding the increase of the registered capital ceiling of our company from 630,000,000 TL to 2,000,000,000 TL and the extension of the validity period of the registered capital ceiling to cover the years 2026-2030, for which the necessary permits have been obtained from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), the Capital Markets Board (SPK), and the Ministry of Trade's Domestic Trade Directorate, was approved at our company's Ordinary General Meeting held on April 9, 2026.
