Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated September 12th, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 5 retail and 1 SME-Corporate portfolios with a total principal amount of 1 Billion 255.8 Million TL out of 15 Retail and 2 SME-Corporate portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. on September 12th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of September 24th, 2025.
