Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated October 16th, 2026,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured to buy by submitting the highest bid for 3 retail portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 1.486,6 million out of 3 retail and 1 SME-Corporate portfolios put up for sale by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on October 16th, 2026.

As notified to our company by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on October 22, 2026, our company has also been awarded the transfer of 1 SME-Corporate portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 537.7 million.

As a result, 3 retail portfolios and 1 SME-Corporate portfolio, with an aggregate principal amount of TL 2,024.3 million, have been transferred to our company by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş., and the transfer and assignment procedures of the loans have been duly completed.
