It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 commercial portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 405 million out of 3 commercial portfolios put up for sale by Fibabanka A.Ş. on August 24th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
