It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 3 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 927.6 million out of 4 retail and 1 corporate portfolios put up for sale by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on April 10th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
