In our Material Event Disclosure dated February 19th, 2026,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 39.2 million put up for sale by Fibabanka A.Ş. on February 19th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
