Determination of Independent Audit Company

As per the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 and the Capital Markets Law numbered 6362 and related regulations, Taking into consideration the proposal of the Audit Committee the resolution of Board of Directors decision, to nominate DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to audit our Company's financial reports for the year 2024 accounting period and to fulfil all other obligations required for the auditors is approved by the General Assembly.
