Determination of Independent Audit Company

The general assembly resolution dated 09.04.2026, regarding the selection of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm to audit the unconsolidated financial reports of our company for the accounting period of 01.01.2026–31.12.2026 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations, was registered on 22.04.2026 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
