Determination of Independent Audit Company

At our Ordinary General Meeting held on April 9, 2026, it was decided to select DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit firm to audit our company's unconsolidated financial reports for the accounting period of January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026, in accordance with the principles determined pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in the said laws.
